Hope it's okay to call you by your familiar, rather than your sur name. I just wanted to say thank you for your show, Legit. It makes me laugh like, a teenager up in the mid night, intoxicated on more than our own egos. In addition, it gives me the feeling I get when watching a Chaplin film...the raw melancholy mixed with tender and child-like silliness. I have savored every episode!
I first began admiring your stand-up, a few years ago, (prior to Legit) but have unfortunately never had the chance to see you live. It's unfortunate that we both live in the 'Hell A' area. Your shows sell out quickly, and they're so impersonal. If you're ever trying new material out at a small venue, I'd LOVE to attend. That's almost always the best way to see comedy...when you folks fuck up and lower your guard, and cease to be a persona. That's when I'd be just ecstatic to see you! Well, I've inflated your ego enough for one post. Hope to hear back from you.
Great show in Pittsburgh! Next time you're in Pittsburgh book it at the Benedum Center. It's a similar venue but not located in the section of Pittsburgh that resembles Beirut. As for dining in Pittsburgh I highly suggest Pasta Too. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for allowing the people of Pittsburgh a night off of reality in exchange for a evening full of laughter. You are in complete control of the stage and your comedy is hilarious. Only you could pull off a quip on gun control in Western Pennsylvania without getting heckled off stage. It's more of a accomplishment than you may realize. This is where they filmed the movie "The a Deer Hunter" and Western Pennsylvanians love to shoot them some Bambi. Enjoy the ride and thank you again for the laughter you shared with me and my fellow Pittburghers. Job well done mate!
